We are currently looking for friendly and motivated part-time English teachers to join our team at I-MAKE English School Motoyama in Nagoya.

Our school specializes in one-to-one English conversation lessons for students of all ages, from beginners to advanced learners.

As a teacher at I-MAKE, you will:

  • Teach private English conversation lessons
  • Help students improve their speaking confidence
  • Provide a friendly and supportive learning environment
  • Work with students who are motivated to improve their English

Lessons are conducted one-to-one, so teachers can focus on each student’s individual goals and learning style.

 

Work Schedule

Flexible schedule based on your availability.

Available teaching hours:
Monday – Sunday, 10:00 – 20:00

Typical shift length:
1 – 4 hours per day

I-MAKE English School Motoyama
3 minutes walk from Motoyama Station
Nagoya, Aichi, Japan

 

Salary

¥1,200 – ¥1,500 per hour
(depending on experience and lesson type)

 

Application Requirements

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Native or near-native level English proficiency
  • Japanese ability: Daily conversational level or higher

Applicants must also have at least one of the following:

  • Experience working at an English conversation school
  • Experience teaching English (private lessons, tutoring, etc.)
  • A teaching qualification such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA

 

Visa Status

Applicants must have a valid visa that allows work in Japan.
